Founder & Business Operations
Ryan Agustin
I founded Agustin Web Design after spending much of my career working across business operations, supply chain, inventory management, production control, ecommerce, and systems improvement. From an early age, I was drawn to business and to understanding why some organizations operate efficiently while others struggle with processes, communication, inventory, or growth.
My education followed that same path. I earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Pierce College and later a Bachelor of Science in Systems & Operations Management from California State University, Northridge. Those programs gave me a formal foundation in management, process optimization, forecasting, supply chain, project management, and the systems businesses use to make better decisions.
My professional experience has allowed me to apply those concepts in very different environments. Before focusing on my own businesses, I worked in production control and compliance within aerospace manufacturing, where I was responsible for coordinating production requirements across multiple work centers and facilities. That experience reinforced the importance of planning, accountability, documentation, and building systems that can continue functioning even when operations become complex.
Entrepreneurship has been an equally important part of my background. I started my first business at 19 and continued developing my experience through management roles, purchasing, operations, and eventually ecommerce. In 2020, I founded King Fandom and helped grow it into a multi-million-dollar business. As the company expanded, I managed a team of more than 15 employees and became directly involved in purchasing, inventory control, wholesale and distribution relationships, fulfillment, ecommerce operations, marketing, and the systems required to keep everything organized as sales volume increased.
King Fandom became one of the biggest influences on how I approach web design. Running an ecommerce business makes it very clear that a website cannot be treated as an isolated marketing project. Product information has to remain accurate. Inventory has to be manageable. Orders have to move through fulfillment efficiently. Employees need systems they can actually use. Customers need clear information, and the technology behind the business needs to support growth rather than become another obstacle.
That experience ultimately helped shape Agustin Web Design. My goal is not simply to give a company a better-looking website. I want to understand how the business works, where its processes are slowing it down, how customers interact with it, and where technology can make those operations more effective. Sometimes that means a Shopify store. Sometimes it means improving inventory or sales-channel workflows. Sometimes it means building something more custom.
I also bring extensive experience in supply chain management, inventory control, operations management, team leadership, and process development. Those skills allow me to look at projects from a broader business perspective and help clients think about the systems surrounding the website, not just what appears on the screen.
I believe the strongest projects happen when technology is built around the realities of the business. That philosophy continues to guide the way I work with clients and the direction of Agustin Web Design.
